Head of People & Culture

The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead the strategic and operational development of a modern HR organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, workforce planning, and HR controlling. This role involves leadership and development of HR teams both locally and internationally, as well as providing strategic and operational consulting to the Executive Board on HR matters. The Head of People & Culture will also be the key contact for labor law issues and will work closely with the Works Council to ensure a constructive and compliant HR environment. Applicants for the Head of People & Culture position at the company should have a completed university degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and several years of successful leadership experience in a modern HR unit, preferably within the financial services sector. A strong interest in digitalization and process optimization, as well as a sound knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience with Works Councils, are essential. The role requires a candidate with a positive, communicative, and assertive personality, who is fluent in English, and is confident in an international work environment. Strategic thinking, foresight, and a hands-on mentality are also key attributes for this position.
