Vice President of Operations Greater Knoxville, TN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to serve as the senior business and operational leader, with full accountability for the site's performance across various key areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and sustaining a world-class safety culture, leading continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance, and championing a safety-first mindset. This role also involves leading from the front, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence to achieve strategic and financial objectives. The Vice President of Operations will own the full P&L performance, provide executive leadership, and develop and execute growth strategies while maintaining strong customer and market leadership. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading complex manufacturing or industrial operations, with strong business and financial acumen. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, a strong customer orientation, and a demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and significant experience in P&L leadership, organizational transformation, and cultural change. Strong strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to challenge existing practices and lead change are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
