The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Non-Financial Risk Assurance. This role is pivotal in providing independent assurance over key risks and controls, with a specific focus on resilience risk-related controls. The successful candidate will be part of the Resilience Risk Assurance team, responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent testing and clear reporting that supports the bank's and regulators' outcomes. The role involves assessing the design and operational effectiveness of controls across various resilience risk areas, including business interruption, incident risk, data risk, third-party risk, and transaction and payment processing risk. The AVP will also be expected to monitor emerging risks, inform risk and control owners, and partner with internal audit to ensure a robust control environment. To excel in this position, candidates must have extensive knowledge of resilience risks and controls, with experience in assurance or testing activities. A clear understanding of resilience risks within the global financial services industry, including regulatory obligations, is essential. The role requires strong English language skills, the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should hold a relevant external financial services qualification or have equivalent demonstrable experience and be adept at working independently, taking ownership of deliverables, and ensuring their completion.
