Chief Executive Officer (CEO), E-commerce

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an e-commerce business through its next phase of growth and prepare it for a successful sale or investor transaction. The CEO will develop and execute domestic and international growth strategies, identify new markets and channels, and oversee operational improvements across supply chain, fulfillment, technology, and customer service. The role includes accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, cost optimization, and key performance indicators, as well as reporting results to ownership and governance stakeholders. The CEO will also strengthen corporate governance, build a high-performing executive team, and foster a data-driven, innovative, customer-focused culture. Candidates should have 10–15 years of senior management experience, such as CEO, managing director, general manager, or COO, and a proven record of scaling e-commerce or similar digital businesses. Experience preparing a company for sale, an IPO, or investor entry, along with successful international expansion and cross-functional leadership, is required. Familiarity with private equity and transaction processes, and experience working with owner-entrepreneurs or privately held businesses, are important. The ideal candidate demonstrates an ownership mindset, strong growth and value-creation focus, ethical leadership, and credibility communicating with investors and governance stakeholders.
