The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the data engineering and analytics team, setting the standards for data quality, and ensuring that the data infrastructure is capable of supporting AI and business-critical functions. The role demands a leader with a strong background in data engineering and architecture, who is hands-on and experienced in lakehouse and feature-store architecture at scale, and who can effectively manage a team and contribute to the strategic direction of the data and AI function. Applicants for the Head of Data Engineering and Analytics role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience as a data engineer or architect, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, with a deep understanding of data and a proven track record in building and managing data systems.
