The Company is seeking a Global Delivery Simplification Managing Director with a focus on Agentic AI Transformation, Enablement, and Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in aligning business priorities with platform capabilities, establishing operating models, and delivery standards to industrialize Agentic AI in a regulated environment. This role requires the definition of the transformation strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities, as well as the shaping of enterprise platform and product strategy. The Managing Director will also be tasked with connecting Agentic AI delivery to process re-engineering, workforce transformation, and ensuring solutions are designed for scalability and operational readiness. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading enterprise transformation, technology platforms, product organizations, or strategic delivery portfolios, preferably within financial services. The role demands a strong understanding of transaction processing operations and a proven track record in scaling AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or digital platforms in a regulated environment. Experience in designing operating models, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and managing global teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have executive-level communication skills, the ability to influence and engage with various stakeholders, and a working knowledge of cloud, data architecture, AI governance, and security. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with relevant qualifications in transformation, product, program, Agile, data, or AI being advantageous.
