The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Operations Core Project Analyst to lead complex client initiatives across fund accounting, middle-office, and transfer agency operations. The role combines project management and business analysis, including coordinating programs with operations, technology, product teams, and external clients. Responsibilities include developing project plans, assessing effort, cost, impact, and risk, and guiding project teams and senior stakeholders through implementation. The successful candidate will also provide strategic analysis, strengthen controls and governance, maintain project documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or operational improvement, along with proven experience leading client-facing projects. Experience with asset management clients, investment fund vehicles, or investor services operations is essential, as is a strong understanding of project or business analysis methods. Applicants should demonstrate excellent English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines with limited supervision. A bachelor’s or university degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred, while relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
