Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the IPO listing process and corporate finance matters, as well as overseeing the financial operations, working capital, cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation. The CFO will also be responsible for reviewing business proposals, investments, and assessing the financial impact of contracts and projects. Maintaining internal controls, and assisting in audit and tax-related matters, and providing senior management with an independent view of financial performance, business risk, and actions to enhance profitability are key aspects of the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in accounting or finance, or a professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or be a member of MIA. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field is required, with a preference for those with a background in the oil and gas industry. Experience in the IPO listing process is also a necessary qualification. The role demands a strategic and experienced financial leader who can contribute to the company's growth and success.
