Head of HR, Global Enablement Centre

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to establish and lead a global HR enablement centre. The role will partner with senior HR leadership to consolidate HR operations across multiple entities, strengthen governance and policies, and plan and deliver a multi-year HR transformation. The successful candidate will build stakeholder relationships, secure buy-in, and drive execution across a complex regional organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on unifying HR practices into a scalable operating model and developing mature shared services capabilities. Candidates should have more than 10 years of managerial experience, ideally in technology, professional services, shared services, or global business services environments. Experience leading HR at a group level is an advantage, and regional experience—particularly across Southeast Asia or the Asia-Pacific region—is required. Applicants should demonstrate success in HR transformation, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement. A basic level of spoken Mandarin is also required.
