The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Asset Custody Operations to lead end-to-end custody operations and ensure digital asset transactions are processed accurately, securely, and on time. Responsibilities include overseeing governance, reconciliations, settlements, exception management, and control frameworks, while leading and developing operations teams. The role will resolve complex operational issues, monitor service metrics, and drive process optimization, automation, and scalable practices. It will also partner with technology, product, risk, compliance, and client service teams on strategic initiatives, new product launches, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have 10–14 or more years of relevant custody experience, including at least four years of leadership experience in digital operations, technology, or financial services focused on digital assets, blockchain, or distributed ledger technologies. Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, decentralized finance, smart contracts, and token standards is required. Applicants should bring experience designing and scaling operational processes, particularly in regulated environments, along with strong understanding of global digital asset regulations, settlements, reconciliations, and risk controls. Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team development skills are essential.
