Vice President, Risk, Business Continuity Management Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Risk, Business Continuity Management to implement and embed a robust business continuity framework and support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The role provides second-line governance, oversight, and advice to business units and entities, while coordinating country-wide activities and overseeing regional continuity efforts. Responsibilities include assessing and reporting on continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, promoting preparedness through engagement and training, and supporting continuity coordinators. During a crisis, the Vice President will help coordinate recovery and resumption and perform committee secretariat and on-duty functions as required. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, such as banking, finance, business, or information technology. A Certified Business Continuity Professional credential, membership in a recognized continuity institute, or another international business continuity certification is preferred. Applicants should have at least eight years of relevant experience, ideally in banking or a large organization, with first- or second-line risk, business continuity, or incident management experience.
