Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management Greater Lafayette, LA Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to set enterprise-wide strategy and lead the financial and operational performance of revenue cycle functions. Responsibilities include overseeing charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, compliance, and reporting; establishing KPIs and performance benchmarks; and developing scalable workflows that improve accuracy, efficiency, and revenue outcomes. The role will guide technology-driven improvements, support financial forecasting and growth initiatives, and ensure smooth integration of new partners. It will also advise senior leadership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and oversee regulatory compliance and revenue integrity. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience, including seven or more years in an executive role, and a record of leading enterprise-wide operations in a multi-state, multi-specialty or hospital-based environment. Expertise in financial and operational strategy, data analytics, automation, change leadership, and measurable improvements in collections, accounts receivable, and denial prevention is required; experience in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, or anesthesia revenue cycle is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is required, and a master’s degree is preferred. Strong executive communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and team leadership skills are essential.
