Associate Vice President, Branch Sales Greater Las Vegas, NV Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Sales to lead a team and grow branch sales and the customer base while supporting customer loyalty. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, service, branch controls, and staffing; setting priorities and maintaining strong customer service; and managing planning and budgeting to meet annual goals. The role also involves monitoring performance, developing action plans, ensuring compliance and effective risk management, and communicating business priorities to staff. The successful candidate will lead recruitment and onboarding, identify training and career development needs, and manage performance and other supervisory responsibilities. Candidates should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, proven team management experience, and preferably a background in banking or financial services. Strong analytical skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication are required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.
