Vice President, Strategic Finance & FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance & FP&A to lead enterprise and business-unit planning, forecasting, and performance management. The role will translate strategy into measurable initiatives, guide growth and investment decisions, and deliver financial reporting and analysis for executives, board members, lenders, and investors. Responsibilities include partnering on funding, liquidity, and treasury activities; evaluating strategic opportunities; and strengthening planning systems, financial models, and governance. The VP will also build and mentor finance teams and establish cross-functional processes that connect operating performance to enterprise value. Candidates should have 10 or more years of senior experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, including at least four years leading teams. Experience in scaled fintech, consumer lending, or financial services—and a strong understanding of consumer credit economics—is required. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA, CFA, or CPA is preferred. The role calls for advanced financial modeling, strong Excel or Sheets skills, fluency with SQL and business intelligence tools, and working knowledge of relevant GAAP concepts. Candidates should also bring strategic and valuation expertise, familiarity with capital markets and securitization, and strong executive communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
