Greater Leeds, United Kingdom Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead its integrated investment function and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's investment strategy. The CIO will be responsible for the design and delivery of the investment strategy, ensuring that capital deployment aligns with the company's mandate to support regional growth, mobilize private capital, and accelerate the transition to clean energy. This includes overseeing all front-office activities, from origination to execution, and providing strategic oversight of public-sector advisory work. The role also requires the ability to operate with external judgement and credibility, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including government, investors, and regional partners. Candidates for this position should have a proven track record in private capital mobilization, experience in infrastructure and transition sectors, and the ability to contribute to the organization's leadership beyond the investment function.
