Dean

The Company is seeking academic deans to lead two schools: one focused on natural sciences and the other on Christian studies. Each Dean will provide academic and administrative leadership, guide faculty and programs, and advance student learning and outcomes. The natural sciences Dean will support teaching, mentored research, responsible growth, and the integration of faith and scientific inquiry. The Christian studies Dean will uphold academic and theological integrity, prepare students for ministry and service, strengthen church partnerships, and guide enrollment growth, program innovation, and long-term planning. Candidates should bring the academic leadership experience and vision needed to guide faculty, students, and programs, build trust across the institution, and advance sustainable growth. For the natural sciences role, relevant expertise should support leadership across scientific and quantitative disciplines, graduate study, and nursing programs. For the Christian studies role, candidates should be prepared to lead theological education and cultivate relationships with churches and ministry partners. Both positions call for strong strategic, collaborative, and administrative capabilities.
