The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Global Spread Products Application Support. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of engineering the future of global finance, with a focus on supporting the Spread Products eTrading platform. This role is pivotal in providing direct support to a diverse set of trading desks, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the ITIL support procedures and protocols. The AVP will be responsible for a range of tasks, including eTrading applications support, global follow-the-sun coverage, downstream feed investigation, development collaboration, incident and task management, observability and controls, and resiliency and accountability. Key skills and experience required for this role at the company include strong analytical problem-solving, the ability to multitask and prioritize issues, crisis response, a mindset of continuous improvement, technical breadth in log analysis, scripting, Unix, and SQL, and excellent stakeholder communication. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, who can work under pressure, react quickly to issues and outages, and is adept at improving monitoring, observability, and controls for the technology stack. The AVP will be part of a global team, facing off to business users daily, and will work closely with partners in the SP business, including sales, trading, operations, and risk and controls, to ensure the best possible service for clients.
