Associate Vice President, Alpha Data Services Risk, Service Assurance & Implementation Oversight

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Alpha Data Services Risk, Service Assurance, and Implementation Oversight. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the Practice Lead, providing structured oversight of platform health, service resilience, implementation risk, operational controls, resource needs, and delivery commitments. Key responsibilities include owning the consolidated resource forecast, maintaining a clear view of team resources, identifying capacity constraints and capability gaps, and establishing a team governance calendar. The role also involves maintaining an integrated risk-based view of implementation and service readiness, defining key risk indicators, and owning the risk escalation and mitigation framework. Applicants must have a demonstrable background in operational risk, service assurance, operational resilience, technology risk, production oversight, portfolio governance, program management, or business management within a complex global organization. Strong skills in resource and capacity planning, governance discipline, and understanding of operational risk and resilience principles are essential. The role requires advanced analytical skills, excellent communication, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently. A university degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a recognized program, project, portfolio, or change-management qualification. The ideal candidate will have a continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to simplify governance, standardize reporting, and increase automation without compromising control.
