Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function through a significant growth phase. The CFO will partner with senior leadership and investors, contributing to acquisitions, integration, value creation, and the organization’s longer-term strategic plans. The role includes supporting an ambitious buy-and-build strategy and helping prepare the business for a future exit. Candidates should have proven CFO experience in a sizeable private-equity-backed business and a successful exit in their background. Strong M&A and buy-and-build experience, along with the ability to operate at significant scale, is essential. The ideal candidate brings a commercial, hands-on approach and strong skills in managing investor relationships.
