The Company is seeking a senior information security leader to own security risk across its technology estate and operational technology networks. The role will lead and grow the security function, establish scalable governance and operating processes, and embed secure-by-design practices across engineering. Responsibilities include securing AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, cloud, networks, identity, data, hardware, and supply chains; setting tenant-isolation standards; and overseeing monitoring, incident response, and key management. The leader will also direct certification and regulatory readiness, serve as the accountable executive for security incidents, and advise executives while leading customer and partner security engagement. Candidates should bring senior security leadership experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, data-centre, or digital-infrastructure environment, along with experience building and scaling a security function. Strong expertise in security architecture and operations across cloud, network, identity, and compute is required, including zero-trust practices and, ideally, AI, GPU, or high-performance computing security. Applicants should have experience with monitoring and incident response, managing external security providers, communicating risk to executives, and representing security to customers and regulators. Experience leading SOC 2 or equivalent certifications and setting operational technology security policy is desirable; UK Security Check clearance eligibility is also an advantage.
