Governor (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking two Governors to join its Board, including one who will chair the Property, Commercial and Sustainability Committee. Governors will work with the Board and executive leadership to support effective governance, contribute to strategic decision-making, and provide constructive challenge. They will also act as advocates for the organization and engage credibly with a broad range of stakeholders. A commitment to arts and culture is essential. Candidates should bring sound judgment, strategic perspective, and relevant senior-level experience. The committee chair should have senior commercial property development or estates leadership experience, a record overseeing major capital, construction, refurbishment, or maintenance projects involving complex or historic properties, and prior board or trustee experience. Other Governor candidates should have a strong track record in at least one of commercial leadership, business transformation, or government and policy engagement.
