Head of Analytics

The Company is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead a business-critical analytics and decisioning function. The role involves setting strategy, leading a centralized analytics and management information function, and developing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will shift reporting toward actionable insights, oversee decision-engine capabilities and governance, and promote AI and automation across analytics workflows. They will partner with senior stakeholders across business functions and remain hands-on with analytics and technical problem-solving as needed. Candidates should have strong leadership experience in credit risk analytics and a track record of developing and implementing strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning insights into business action. Strong SQL skills are required, with Python preferred, alongside experience with modern data environments and business intelligence tools. Practical experience applying AI to analytics and decision-making, and an interest in its commercial applications, are important. Financial services experience is preferred, though candidates from other highly analytical, data-driven sectors may also be considered.
