Head of Capital Modelling

The Company is seeking a Head of Capital Modelling to lead its capital modelling function. The role owns the internal model for a syndicate, capital models for UK and European entities, and catastrophe modules under the standard formula. Responsibilities include setting the long-term modelling strategy, leading and developing the capital modelling team, and presenting to committees, boards, and regulators. Candidates should have significant capital modelling experience within an insurer, reinsurer, or managing agency operating in the London market. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams is also required. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise and senior leadership skills to guide modelling strategy and communicate effectively with governance and regulatory stakeholders.
