Head of Managed Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all managed services and managed security services teams globally, defining and executing the managed services strategy in line with business growth objectives, and driving operational excellence across various functions. Key responsibilities include owning service performance, governance, risk management, and customer satisfaction, as well as improving profitability through automation, AI adoption, and scalable delivery models. Applicants for the Head of Managed Services position at the company should possess senior leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing large-scale, multi-site, and 24/7 service operations.
