Head of Services Development (VAWG)

The Company is seeking a Head of Services Development with a focus on VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls). This senior leadership role is pivotal in the organization, dedicated to the mission of reducing the risk and prevalence of abuse, aggression, and violence, and empowering individuals to live safer lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that VAWG-related services have the necessary funding, infrastructure, systems, partnerships, and performance frameworks to effectively support victims and survivors. This includes identifying growth opportunities, securing funding, and maintaining high-quality, sustainable, and responsive service provision. Applicants for the Head of Services Development position should have a strong background in the VAWG sector, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple services, contracts, grants, or programs. A deep understanding of commissioning and procurement, particularly within the public sector, is essential. The role requires significant experience in securing funding for frontline services, including the ability to write successful bids, tenders, and multi-year proposals.
