Interim Head of Training & Education

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Training and Education to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global education function, developing and delivering the training strategy, and creating impactful programs for brand ambassadors, retail partners, and spa partners. This role involves managing an international team to ensure consistent education standards and exceptional brand representation across multiple markets. The Interim Head of Training and Education will also be involved in supporting partner engagement through innovative learning initiatives, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Applicants must have a strong background in the spa, skincare, or beauty industry, with experience in leading education and training functions. A UK-recognized skin, spa, or body therapy qualification is essential, as is expertise in treatment protocols and product education. The role requires the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, strong people leadership skills, and excellent presentation and communication abilities. International retail or spa partner experience is advantageous, and a passion for education, coaching, and continuous learning is a must. The position also involves travel to support global education initiatives and the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
