The Company is in search of a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the strategic evolution of its Account & Reference Data Management practice. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between various teams, including Product, Architecture, Technology, Operations, EDM, and Client Implementation, to define, document, govern, and enhance account and reference data capabilities. This role demands a professional with a strong background in business analysis, a detailed understanding of asset management operating models, and experience in account, security, benchmark, portfolio, and reference data domains. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, documenting operating models, defining governance controls, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives such as account resolution, automated account creation, and data quality improvements. Applicants for this role at the company should have 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within asset management, financial data management, or investment operations. A deep understanding of account and reference data concepts, as well as experience with security master, account master, or reference data platforms, is essential. The role also requires knowledge of project delivery methodologies, strong stakeholder management, and communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality documentation. Preferred experience includes familiarity with EDM platforms, data governance programs, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis.
