Vice President, Engineering Excellence

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Engineering Excellence with a focus on Technical Program Management, Quality & Evaluation Engineering, and Developer Experience & Internal Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology strategy in these areas, ensuring the adoption of consistent global standards, and driving the development of internal tooling that enhances the effectiveness and consistency of engineering groups. This executive will also be tasked with overseeing the quality and evaluation strategy, including the governance of testing standards for both traditional software and AI/model outputs. A key aspect of the role is to partner with product, engineering, and regional leaders to prioritize technical programs and manage dependencies, with a strong emphasis on disciplined planning and execution.
