The Company is seeking a VP, Environments & Data Strategy Practice Manager to lead the environment and data strategy workstream. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture, and workflow design, as well as data analysis and business system flows. This role is pivotal in creating and executing environment designs for the company's client servicing platform, and the successful candidate must be adept at managing multi-year programs with complex business models across various operating models. Excellent communication, technical architecture knowledge, and an understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions are essential. The role involves interaction with executive management and requires the ability to navigate complex client relationships and manage expectations. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 15 years' of experience in the financial industry, particularly in front, middle, and back-office systems. A technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly valued. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and team management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and team-based environment. Experience in Agile methodology, front/middle office platforms, and a proven track record in program management, stakeholder management, and client engagement are also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional and functional teams, creating and delivering various documents, and supporting business development efforts through consultative client engagement.
