Vice President of Applications Engineering, CPU & AI Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Applications Engineering to lead the applications and performance engineering function focused on CPU and AI infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role involves building and managing a team while analyzing real-world AI and data center workloads to identify CPU performance bottlenecks. The successful candidate will benchmark workloads on existing processors and translate findings into architectural improvements. The role also includes engaging with AI research organizations, large-scale computing providers, and infrastructure teams. Candidates should have a relevant degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience, along with a strong understanding of CPU performance and data center software stacks. Experience working with AI research organizations and large-scale computing providers is required. Knowledge of compilers is an advantage. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with the ability to lead a team and contribute directly to performance engineering.
