The Company is seeking a VP of Data to lead a transformative phase where data becomes a fundamental component of product development and a key differentiator in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the company-wide data strategy, treating data infrastructure as a core product, and driving the shift from reactive data services to a proactive, strategic approach. This role demands a leader with a strong background in data science, analytics, and engineering, who can scale and lead a large data organization, and is technically credible to make in-depth contributions when necessary. The VP of Data will also be instrumental in championing AI adoption, both within the organization and in the product, and must have a deep understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance, including GDPR. Key responsibilities for the VP of Data at the company include building and leading a high-performing data organization, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, and ensuring that data is used to shape decisions and improve business operations.
