The Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its AI and Agentic Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of agentic AI products. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that are reliable, scalable, and meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance. The Senior Product Manager will also be instrumental in defining and governing agent behavior, setting evaluation standards, and shaping the architecture of AI systems. Collaboration with senior business, technology, and control stakeholders is essential to identify high-value opportunities and ensure alignment with data governance and control standards. Applicants must have significant experience in product management, data products, or technology delivery, with a proven track record of shipping LLM-powered, autonomous, or agentic AI products. Technical fluency in the AI/ML lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines is required, as is the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and mentor product practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and investment banking or financial services, a deep knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and regulatory expectations for AI in the industry. The role demands a leader with executive-level communication skills, the ability to make portfolio-level prioritization decisions, and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
