The Company is seeking a Vice President, Oracle Financials Consultant to lead configuration and development for a financial systems transformation. Responsibilities include eliciting functional and technical requirements, designing and implementing configurations across multiple entities, and supporting data conversion and implementation activities. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation, managing configuration and support requests, and leading design and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate with finance, technology, testing, and implementation partners while managing multiple projects and stakeholder priorities. Candidates should have extensive Oracle Financials ERP consulting experience, preferably in financial services, with deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounting Hub, ledger concepts, and relevant cloud applications. An Oracle ERP application certification is required, along with strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with configuration, end-to-end batch processing, and senior-level application development is essential; API knowledge and familiarity with Unix/Linux and SQL are advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, while a master’s degree is preferred.
