Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key financial activities, including commercial analysis, business partnering with operational teams, monitoring project performance, and leading a high-performing finance team. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and financial performance. The Head of Finance will have a pivotal role in cash flow and working capital management, as well as in the ownership of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory accounts, audits, and financial controls. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified accountants (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a strong background in financial leadership and reporting. Multi-jurisdictional experience is advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading and developing teams, as well as managing complex stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at working closely with senior management, both within the finance function and the wider group, and will be instrumental in driving the company's financial strategy and performance.
