Executive Director, Business Development & Corporate Strategy

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Business Development and Corporate Strategy to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to advance personalized cancer treatment. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of business development, corporate strategy, and investment. This role is focused on driving the external growth strategy, including the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions such as licensing, acquisitions, and partnerships. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a global pipeline of business development opportunities, with a specific emphasis on complex therapeutic modalities and late-stage assets. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include owning the enterprise-wide business development and corporate strategy agenda, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, and leading cross-functional teams through high-stakes diligence and deal execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently originating and closing significant transactions, as well as the ability to set enterprise-level strategy and influence decision-making at the executive and board levels. A deep understanding of biopharmaceutical development, exceptional financial acumen, and the ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams are essential. The role also requires a candidate with an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent) and a willingness to travel, including international trips.
