Associate Vice President, Corporate Accounting

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Corporate Accounting to lead and strengthen its General Ledger and operational accounting function. Responsibilities include overseeing month- and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, expense allocations, and balance sheet integrity within a SOX 404 control environment. The role also involves preparing variance analyses, managing quarterly expense forecasts, and using GL analytics to inform business decisions. The successful candidate will lead a growing team, partner with internal and external auditors, and contribute to projects involving capital transactions, acquisitions, and process automation. Candidates should have at least 10 years of accounting experience, a strong General Ledger background, and experience in public accounting and at a publicly traded company. An active CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in accounting are required. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and proficiency in Power BI are also essential.
