Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's financial leadership, with a focus on strategic planning, and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and disbursing funds to various departments. This role requires a dynamic individual with a robust understanding of financial strategy, planning, management, and decision-making, particularly in the context of the construction industry. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or MBA preferred. A CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial role, with a proven track record in financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead a financial team effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems is required, along with a high level of integrity, commitment, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
