Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Capital Markets

The Company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a dual role as the Head of Capital Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance. This role also involves managing internal controls, financial reporting, and investor communications, as well as advising the CEO and supporting long-term planning and growth strategy. In the capital markets function, the CFO will lead all equity and debt fundraising initiatives, manage investor relationships, and oversee the creation of offering materials and presentations. Additionally, the role includes structuring investment vehicles, analyzing returns, and supporting the Investment Committee, as well as developing and executing strategies to expand the firm's investor base. Applicants for the CFO/Head of Capital Markets position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar dual-role executive position, preferably within the real estate or investment sector. A strong background in finance, accounting, and capital markets is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead a team, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage investor relationships.
