Initially, the role will involve direct support for the revenue operations team, including CRM management, commercial reporting, and process automation. As the function stabilizes, the Chief of Staff will expand their scope to encompass the broader operational agenda of the company. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background of 5 to 8 years in chief of staff, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, or technical program management, with experience in agency, client-services, or B2B software business. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on execution throughput, and the ability to build and optimize commercial processes. The ideal candidate will be technically literate in data products and applied AI, and have a proven track record in CRM ownership, process automation, and AI workflow development.
