Executive Director Greater Riverside, CA Area

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead a vibrant community, where the focus is on making a daily impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring associates, fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families, and driving strong operational and financial results. This role involves guiding all aspects of community life, ensuring the delivery of appropriate care to residents, and effectively managing the community's operational areas. The Executive Director will also be tasked with business planning, forecasting, and achieving results in revenue growth and expense management. To excel in this position, the Executive Director must have a passion for excellence, be a great team player, and possess a college degree, with a master's degree in business management preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years' of management-level experience, particularly in senior living, hospitality, hotel, or service industries, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Title 22, and the ability to create and implement sales and marketing plans for occupancy and NOI growth are also essential. The role demands a leader who can ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and who is adept at managing vendor relationships.
