Fractional Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead finance operations and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership during key initiatives and transactions. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, and planning; coordinating transaction-related work such as due diligence and financial analysis; and developing models and scenarios to assess opportunities, risks, and outcomes. The role will also drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial controls to strengthen operational effectiveness and scalability. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, and bring significant leadership experience in finance, corporate accounting, financial planning, or a related executive role. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business transactions, or complex strategic initiatives is required, along with strong knowledge of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Success in the role requires analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
