Home Health Executive Director Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Home Health Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of its home health programs and ensure high-quality, effective service. Responsibilities include coaching and supporting staff, managing budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses, and developing strategic growth plans. The Executive Director will monitor patient and team satisfaction, address service issues, maintain operational policies and required licensure, and coordinate recruitment and personnel matters. The role also involves reviewing performance reports, leading regular team meetings, supporting change initiatives, and providing financial and operational reporting. Candidates should have at least two years of healthcare industry experience and five years of supervisory experience. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related human services field is strongly preferred; additional education, licensure, and experience requirements may vary by state. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, mathematical, and reporting skills are required, along with the ability to interpret regulations and explain information effectively.
