Senior Vice President, Payments Technology

The Company is in search of an SVP for Global Payments Transformation to spearhead the strategy, modernization, and execution of enterprise payment technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payment transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the development of innovative domestic and international payment capabilities. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation of various payment technologies, including cross-border and real-time payments, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry standards such as APIs and modern payment messaging. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payments, banking technology, fintech, or financial services, with a proven track record in payment operations, infrastructure, and enterprise technology implementations. The role requires expertise in payment architecture, APIs, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational controls, as well as the ability to lead large-scale transformation programs within regulated financial environments. The SVP will be expected to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and payment resiliency, while also monitoring industry trends and advising on payment innovation opportunities.
