Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead people strategy and strengthen organizational performance. The role oversees enterprise-wide recruiting, employee learning and development, compensation programs, and performance management. Responsibilities include guiding employee relations and workplace investigations, advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ensuring HR policies and practices comply with employment laws. The Vice President will also manage and mentor the HR team and reinforce workplace quality and safety standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, talent management, or related functions. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management is required, as is experience with HR information systems and onboarding processes. A strong background in executive and engineering recruitment and working knowledge of employment law are also expected. The ideal candidate brings excellent English communication skills, sound judgment, integrity, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities.
