Vice President, Private Equity

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its investment team and take on significant responsibility across the full private equity investment lifecycle. The role includes evaluating new opportunities, leading transaction execution, overseeing due diligence and investment underwriting, and preparing materials for investment committee review. The Vice President will manage transaction workstreams, collaborate with portfolio company leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, and assess add-on acquisitions and other value-creation opportunities. Responsibilities also include supporting portfolio companies through their investment lifecycle and eventual exit, while managing and mentoring junior investment professionals. Candidates should have prior private equity experience, ideally in a middle-market setting, and strong M&A and transaction execution capabilities. Experience with leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, restructurings, special situations, or other complex transactions is preferred. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills are required, along with the ability to independently manage transactions and junior colleagues. A hands-on approach and interest in both investing and operational value creation are important.
