Vice President, International Controller

The Company is in search of an International Controller to take on a pivotal role in leading statutory accounting and reporting across a vast network of legal entities in multiple countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with a range of financial regulations, including IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP. This role also involves overseeing the global transfer pricing function, with a focus on maintaining adherence to accounting and tax policies and managing intercompany flows. The International Controller will lead a large, diverse team of accounting professionals and must be adept at using modern technology, automation, and AI to drive process improvement and maintain strong internal controls. Applicants for the International Controller position at the company must have a CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting certification, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance within large international organizations. The role requires extensive experience in global statutory reporting, transfer pricing, and general accounting in a multinational setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in a global ERP environment, particularly SAP, and a proven track record of leading AI and automation transformation in finance and accounting. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and develop large, remote teams, and a strategic approach to driving change and innovation are essential. The role also demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, Big 4 accounting firm experience, and a deep understanding of financial and operational matters.
