Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its member-owned, integrated payer-provider healthcare cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide leadership, overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including health plan operations, healthcare delivery, population health, finance, technology, human resources, and community engagement. This role demands a mission-driven individual with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and service, who can partner with the Board of Directors, executive leadership team, and various stakeholders to advance the cooperative's mission and strategic priorities. The ideal CEO will have a background in a complex healthcare environment, with a preference for experience in integrated payer-provider organizations, and a deep appreciation for cooperative governance and member-centered service. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include shaping the future strategy of the cooperative, maintaining its member-owned culture, and advancing innovative approaches to integrated care delivery. The role requires an authentic, collaborative, and strategic leader with strong financial acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills. The candidate should be adept at working with diverse stakeholder groups and fostering a culture of trust, transparency, accountability, and engagement. While not mandatory, experience in a similar healthcare setting, such as a health system, provider-sponsored health plan, or value-based care organization, is highly valued.
