The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of a senior living community. Responsibilities include leading staff and department heads, managing budgets and financial controls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring services support residents’ safety, health, dignity, and well-being. The Executive Director will oversee regulatory compliance, inspections, corrective action plans, workplace safety, and continuous quality improvement. The role also involves building community referral relationships, leading sales and marketing efforts to support occupancy, and communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, and external agencies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, at least two years of long-term care experience, and an administrator’s license where required by state regulations. Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting, sound financial and budgeting judgment, and strong English communication skills are required.
