Executive Vice President of Operations

The Company is in search of a strategic Executive Vice President of Operations to oversee and enhance its multi-site manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and building strong leaders. This role requires a hands-on approach to operational leadership, including the development and execution of operations strategy, and close collaboration with senior leadership across various functions to ensure the execution of business strategy and world-class performance. Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President of Operations include leading day-to-day operations, owning operational performance metrics, and championing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving. The role also involves setting and maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and compliance, as well as leading, coaching, and developing plant and functional managers. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in manufacturing operations, a proven track record of improving performance, and strong leadership skills. A data-driven, KPI-focused operator with a background in Lean/Six Sigma and experience in capital projects and capacity expansions is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus.
