Vice President, Ag/Commercial Loan Officer

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Ag/Commercial Loan Officer to evaluate loan applications, verify creditworthiness, and guide applicants through documentation requirements. Responsibilities include approving loans or referring applications for committee review, explaining decisions to applicants, and responding to customer questions. The role also focuses on expanding an established loan portfolio, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer additional financial services. Candidates should have at least three years of experience as an agricultural or commercial loan officer, strong credit expertise, and a business development mindset. Familiarity with loan sales, processing, and closing, along with working knowledge of the agricultural industry, is required.
